The Initial Consultation

Let's chat and get to know each other better! We'll explain the process and focus on understanding your unique vision to create a personalised session just for you.

Wardrobe Styling

During your consultation, we'll discuss which outfits will look great in photographs. We'll help you choose the best fit that aligns with your personal or brand identity.

Professional Hair and Make Up

You'll look your best in front of the camera with our complimentary professional hair and makeup service. All you need to do is show up on the day, relax, and leave the rest to us.

Multiple Outfit Changes

Our photography sessions offer 3-4 hours of dedicated time to create stunning images. With 4-5 outfit changes, we'll capture the different facets of your personality and showcase your unique style with each look.

Guided Photoshoot

We'll guide you through a series of expressions and poses to capture the most flattering and authentic version of you. Our priority is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience, ensuring you feel at ease in front of the camera.

Reveal & Purchasing Session

Depending on the nature of your session, you will either select your preferred images right after the session or we will schedule a Zoom meeting two weeks later (or an in-person meeting, if applicable). During your Reveal Session, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the images that you would like to take home, either individually or as part of a package.

Professional Retouching

Your chosen photos undergo professional retouching, where we carefully enhance and perfect each image, considering any specific requests you've made. With our keen eye for detail, rest assured that the final results will exceed your expectations.

Image & Print Delivery

Your photos are now ready! At our studio, we value the power of print. Alongside the high-resolution digital files, you'll also receive a beautifully matted print, ensuring that your special moments are tangible and can be cherished for years to come.

What Should I wear to the Photoshoot?

For your beauty photography session, please bring 10 different outfits, providing us with a variety of options to choose from. We can also schedule a prior video conversation or chat for your convenience. The most important thing is that you feel confident and beautiful in whatever you wear. 

Clients often inquire about ideal colors for photography. I recommend opting for textures rather than bold prints since large and vibrant patterns can distract from your face in photos. Choose from textures like cable knit, denim, lace, tulle, chiffon, velvet, or even fur. If you have a favourite outfit but are unsure how it will photograph, you can bring it along, and we can make the final decision in the studio. If you believe there’s something missing from your wardrobe, consider shopping for additional items. We’ll leave the tags on, so you can return any items you don’t wish to keep after the shoot.

On the day of your session, please wear a button-down shirt, a robe, or a top with a wide neckline to the studio. This will make the transition from the hair and makeup chair to your initial wardrobe choice seamless, avoiding makeup smudging or hair mishaps.

Do I need Professional hair and Make up?

Professional hair and makeup is strongly recommended and considered a requirement for your shoot. My makeup artist specializes in tailoring their work to match the specific shoot type, lighting, and style, making it a crucial part of the process for capturing extraordinary results.

Do You shoot on Location?

On-location shooting is available upon request, depending on the type of photoshoot you desire and the number of clients involved.

How Do I prepare For my Photoshoot in the Studio?

When preparing for any type of photoshoot, it’s essential to consider the finer details that can significantly impact your final photos. Here are some key recommendations to keep in mind:

– Hair Cut/Color: It’s a good idea to schedule your hair appointment 10-14 days before your photoshoot. This gives your hair time to settle into the new style and texture. Make sure your chosen hairstyle suits the look you want in your photos, and avoid making drastic changes right before the shoot.

– Nails: Ladies, take advantage of the opportunity to treat yourself to a manicure and pedicure! Your beautiful hands and nails will steal the spotlight in those photos, so let’s make sure they shine. Can’t decide on a nail polish color? No worries, opt for a chic, neutral shade that’ll make you feel fabulous. And remember, a little buffing and shaping can do wonders for that picture-perfect look!

– Waxing: For a smooth photoshoot, schedule your waxing 3-5 days in advance. Waxing can cause skin irritation, which we want to avoid in your photos. If you’re new to waxing, do a patch test earlier to avoid surprises. Also, be mindful of scheduling your waxing appointment with enough time for your skin to recover.

By following these suggestions and paying attention to the details, you’ll be well-prepared to look your best and feel confident during your photoshoot.

What Does the IMage Selection Appointment/Reveal Session Include?

We don’t offer online galleries for our clients. Instead, you can choose your desired images during the reveal session, which can happen right after the shoot or at a scheduled appointment, depending on the specific type of photoshoot you’ve arranged. This is when you choose your preferred packages, albums, folio boxes, wall art, as well as digital options for Business/Personal Branding shoots. Reveal sessions are typically conducted via Zoom, with the possibility of in-person sessions available upon request for special cases.

When Can I expect to receive my chosen Images after making my selections?

For Headshots and Branding sessions, you can typically expect your photos within 2 weeks. Beauty photography generally takes around 2-3 weeks for delivery. All images are provided in an edited, high-resolution digital format.

Regarding the delivery of physical products like Albums and Folio Boxes, it usually takes 4-6 weeks from the completion of edits and digital delivery. It’s worth noting that during specific times of the year, such as holidays, our vendors may have earlier deadlines to maintain quality standards

How Far In Advance should I book?

To secure your preferred session date, it’s recommended to book at least two weeks in advance. You can book your free inquiry call through our booking page. If you require your photos sooner, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Keep in mind that for our exclusive limited campaigns, available slots depend on the number of reservations. Therefore, booking in advance increases your chances of securing a spot.

If you need to reschedule a session, kindly notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. This policy helps ensure that we can compensate our stylists for the time they’ve reserved. We do understand that emergencies can arise, and in such cases, we may consider waiving the rescheduling fee. Nonetheless, having this policy in place discourages last-minute cancellations.

Do I Need to pay for the package I want in Advance?

After your reveal session where you’ve selected your favorite photos, you have the freedom to choose the package that suits you best. There’s absolutely no pressure for a hard sell or any minimum purchase requirement. Your decision on what to buy is entirely yours to make. Depending on the type of photoshoot and the package size you prefer, some clients may spend 450 euros, while others may choose to invest up to 3000 euros. My primary goal is to capture stunning photos you’ll love, and the choice of package, including the number of photos you decide to purchase, is entirely in your hands.

What are the payment options?

To secure your session, a session fee is necessary and should be paid after selecting a photoshoot date. Payment can be made using cash, credit, or debit cards.

Do you offer Discounts?

After you’ve had a photo session with me, you qualify for my exclusive discount for returning clients. You’ll enjoy a waived session fee when scheduling a full in-studio photo session.

What about outdoor Family and Couple Photoshoots?

Outdoor photoshoots vary in duration, typically lasting around one hour. The experience is customized to suit the preferences of the family or couple, depending on their chosen location for the photoshoot, whether it’s in a park, by the water, at a castle, or a combination of these.
Families photographing their baby or toddler have the option for outfit changes, and I always suggest bringing extra clothing just in case. Additionally, a prior outfit consultation is included for parents and couples to ensure they look and feel their best on the day.
